Sarita Olević stekla je titulu masterа pravnih nauka na Pravnom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu na Trgovinsko-pravnom modulu. Zaposlena je na mestu višeg savetnika u Funkciji za pravne poslove Kompanije „Dunav osiguranje“ i predstavnik je društvenog kapitala u Skupštini te kompanije.

Za člana Nadzornog odbora Udruženja za pravo osiguranja Srbije u periodu od četiri godine izabrana je 2017. godine.

Nakon završene osnovne obuke, dobila je dozvolu za posredovanje, tj. medijaciju koju izdaje Ministarstvo pravde na osnovu Zakona o posredovanju u rešavanju sporova. Završila je i specijalizovanu obuku za posrednika u oblasti medijacije u slučajevima zlostavljanja na radu ‒ mobinga, i nalazi se na listi posrednika s licencom upisanih u Registar Ministarstva pravde.

Nalazi se i na listi internih medijatora Kompanije, a reprezentativni sindikat „Dunav osiguranja“ 2014. godine delegirao ju je da učestvuje u disciplinskim postupcima za utvrđivanje nepoštovanja radne discipline zaposlenih. Učestvovala je u velikom broju medijacija, od kojih su mnoge uspešno završene na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

Angažovana je i kao posrednik (medijator) u Centru za mirno rešavanje sporova pri Opštini Voždovac, gde je učestvovala u mirnom rešavanju sporova iz različitih oblasti.

  1. „Perspektive razvoja životnog osiguranja u Srbiji“ u časopisu za teoriju i praksu osiguranja Tokovi osiguranja br. 4/2016.
  2. „Jedan pogled na pravno-organizacione aspekte korporativnog upravljanja u osiguranju“, Zbornik radova Udruženja za pravo osiguranja Srbije Pravo i praksa osiguranja, izazovi, nove tehnologije i korporativno upravljanje (koautor sa prof. dr Mihajlom Rabrenovićem), 2018.

THE THIRTY-FIFTH MEETING OF THE KOPAONIK SCHOOL OF NATURAL LAW ‒ INSURANCE SECTOR

After meetings were held online for two years, from December 13 to 17, 2022, the 35th meeting of the Kopaonik School of Natural Law - Slobodan Perović was held at the ”Grand” Hotel in Kopaonik. The general topic of this year's meeting ”Court Proceedings – Law and Justice” brought together more than 600 prominent domestic and foreign experts in the field of law. This year, the organizer grouped all papers in six areas – six pillars of the hexagon, which represent departments with a number of related disciplines: 1) Right to Life; 2) Right to Freedom; 3) Right to Property; 4) Right to Intellectual Creation; 5) Right to Justice; 6) Right to a State Ruled by Law. There were sections within the departments, where the papers were further grouped for verbal presentation and discussion. Accepted papers were printed and published in four volumes of the Proceedings.

THIRTY-SECOND MEETING OF KOPAONIK SCHOOL OF NATURAL LAW - INSURANCE SECTION

The thirty-second meeting of the Kopaonik School of Natural Law was organized at the mountain of Kopaonik, in the Hotel Grand, from December 13 to 17, 2019, bringing together a number of eminent local and foreign legal experts. The general topic of this year’s 32nd meeting was “Law and Power of Mind”, dedicated to the founder of the Kopaonik School of Natural Law, academician prof. dr. Slobodan Perović. This year as well, the organizer grouped all papers into six sections - six pillars programmed and conceived as hexagons, representing departments, with a number of related disciplines: 1) right to life; 2) right to freedom; 3) right to property; 4) right to intellectual property; 5) right to justice; 6) right to the rule of law. There were sections within the departments where the papers were further grouped for oral presentation and discussion. Accepted papers have been printed and published in Legal Life Journal for legal practice and theory 9-12 / 2019, in four volumes and published by the Association of Lawyers of Serbia

PERSPECTIVES OF LIFE INSURANCE DEVELOPMENT IN SERBIA

The subject of this paper is life insurance development, its position and significance in Serbia, and types of life insurance products offered and formulated in proposals of different domestic life insurance companies, as well as new methods of sales promotion and easier communication with the policyholders.
