INSURANCE LAW AT THE 26TH CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS LAWYERS OF SERBIA

This conference was organised by the Association of Business Lawyers of Serbia and its journal Law and Economy, at the congress centre Mona in Zlаtibоr in the period 22 – 24 May 2017. The main topic discussed at the conference was Economy and Court and Arbitration Practice. This was also the topic of the paper presented by the President of the Association of Business Lawyers of Serbia, academician Professor Мirkо Vаsilјеvić, PhD. All papers of the Proceedings were published in three volumes of the journal Law and Economy.
This review notably focuses on the papers which directly analysed the topics concerning Insurance Law and will subsequently cover the papers which made reference to the Insurance Law
