ABSTRACT
The Twentieth Annual Conference of Association for Insurance Law of
Serbia and the Association of Serbian Insurers on the topic of “Law and Practice of
Insurance - Current Issues and Future Challenges” took place on Palić from 12 to 14
April this year.
Welcoming the participants of the Conference, President of the Association of Serbian Insurers, prof. Slobodan Jovanović PhD emphasized the role of this Association in the modernization of Serbian regulatory framework, especially the insurance law.
