In order to understand the origin and development of cooperation between the Insurance Law Association of Serbia and Dunav Insurance Company, it is necessary to briefly acquaint the readers with the origins of the professional association for insurance law, as an institution. Different social circumstances determine the direction in which economic activities and trade services will develop and, to that extent, insurance is no exception.
